Kaizen Las Vegas

Reviews: Kaizen is among the best, albeit unpretentious Las Vegas sushi restaurants. It's located conveniently not far from the Strip, across from the Hard Rock Hotel, inside a strip mall. While the design of this place is modest, sushi is among the best in Vegas. Although it's probably not the most authentic sushi - after all, they call themselves "Fusion Rolls & Sushi". But if you like experimenting, why not? Among other dishes, reviewers recommended their Avocado Train and Ahi Salad.

Reviews: Sushi Mon tops our list of AYCE Las Vegas sushi restaurants! It's not really a buffet-style place. They offer sushi made to order, as an all-you-can-eat option during a certain period of time (I believe it's 1 hour). If you don't feel like spending $26.95 for dinner, they have an a la carte menu as well. Another great thing about this place is that they are open until 2:00 am. Unfortunately, Sushi Mon don't take reservations, so you may need to wait a bit.

Type: All You Can Eat

Reviews: Yama Sushi is pretty similar to Sushi Mon, and is one of the most amazing all-you-can-eat Las Vegas sushi restaurants. Again, this is not a buffet - you will need to order your sushi rolls from one of the several chefs. Just don't get too carried away while ordering - you will have to pay a regular price for the rolls that you don't finish! Although I don't think it will be hard to finish, the sushi here deserved raving reviews from happy visitors. Some of the most notable rolls are Wet Dream, Mad Dragon, Spiced Tuna. And don't forget to wash it all down with Aloe green tea. They also do not accept reservations.

Hours of operation: Sunday - Thursday: 06:00 pm -10:30 pm; Friday-Saturday: 06:00 pm -11:00 pm

Good for: Special Occasions, Great Ambiance

Reviews: While all the Las Vegas Sushi restaurants reviewed above do not offer much in terms of ambiance/atmosphere, this is not the case with Nobu located at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino!. In fact the restaurant is so gorgeous with its bamboo and tree decorations designed by David Rockwell, I'd go there just to enjoy the ambiance.

Visitors are raving about the Nobu sushi, as well as about other primarily seafood dishes. All dishes are unique, mixing the traditional Japanese cuisine with South American and Western. Especially highly recommended are Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapenos, Live Octopus Taradito, Mini Tacos.

Reviews: If you are into fusion cuisine and like to try new things, check out Sushisamba at the Palazzo Hotel. This is one of the high-profile Las Vegas sushi restaurants that successfully integrated various cuisines of the world. This time it's Japanese sushi combined with Peruvian and Brazilian flavors. Another interesting thing about Sushisamba is how they service clients. Some people enjoy it, others not so much, but instead of simply allowing you to order from the menu, they learn about your taste, budget, and create a custom menu just for you. The hottest items on the menu are Crispy Yellowtail Taquitos and Berkshire Pork Gyoza.
