Review: For a nice break from the casino restaurants, head over downtown to Triple George Grill! This restaurant, with its dark wood decor and large booths has a nice "Old Vegas" vibe to it, amplified by gangster movies playing on its TVs. The restaurant's adjacency to the Mob Bar and to a biker bar Hogs & Heiffers helps submerge you into the atmosphere of vintage Vegas. Besides, this restaurant serves excellent grilled chicken, steak and seafood. Visitors are especially fond of the Grilled Tuna, Roasted Chicken, Chicken Saltimbocca and a real Cioppino (seafood stew) just like in old San Francisco.

Review: According to multiple happy reviews, they do know how to cook both steak and seafood at Biscayne Steak, Sea, Wine in Las Vegas. So much so that many people choose this restaurant to have their wedding reception in. The decor here is unpretentious, and the atmosphere more on the peaceful side, despite its location in a popular casino hotel. Hint: While the prices at Biscayne are on the high end, I heard that Tix4tonight might have some saving coupons for entrees at this restaurant. Review: If you don't mind traveling a bit off the Strip for a wonderful steak & seafood Las Vegas restaurant, Canal Street at The Orleans hotel & Casino should be on your must-do list! This restaurant has a wonderful Quiet Atmosphere. Its elegant decor includes beautiful mural walls depicting images of the past, cozy booths and fireplaces. But since you are not going to a restaurant just for the decor, I have to mention the most popular dishes: Steak Diane, Veal Chop, Lamb Risotto, Bone in Rib Eye, Prime Rib, Lobster Bisque, Veal Tuscan, and Australian Lobster Tail. Besides, I hear they offer great wine pairing and are quite affordable.

Cuisines: American, Barbecue, Seafood, Steakhouse

Hours of operation: 11:30 am - 10:30pm

Options: Lunch, Dinner

Good for: Special Occasions,Business Dining

Review: There are many great restaurants at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, and The Palm specializing in steaks and seafood is definitely one of the best in Vegas. Opened in 1993, this is one of the older restaurants in Vegas, and a pretty fun one on top of that. The distinguishing feature of this place is the many caricature portraits hanging everywhere. If you are wondering why - the tradition was born around 1926, when the first The Palm restaurant opened in New York City and artists paid for their lunch by drawing caricatures. Another great thing about The Palms in Vegas is that it has two seating areas - inside for an intimate dinner, and "outside" on a patio for some people watching. But being located inside a shopping mall, this is not really "outside", so a bad weather won't stop you. Most guests are very happy about their menu, and are recommending New York Strip Steak, Filet Mignon, Crabcakes, Calamari, Lobster with Sautéed Mushrooms, Shrimp Louie Salad and Wedge Salad.

Review: Chart House is a beautiful Las Vegas restaurant serving excellent seafood and steaks (but perhaps more seafood), located in a beautiful downtown hotel Golden Nugget. If you happen to be in the area and love good seafood, this place is a must. The center piece of the restaurant is a huge 75,000 gallon aquarium with exotic fish, which adds to the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the restaurant. The menu is large, with great choices of meat, fish and other seafood. Reviewers especially recommend Seared Mahi, Mixed Seafood Grill, Ahi Nachos, Scallops with Wasabi Cream, Prime Rib, Coconut Shrimp, Stuffed Flounder.
